REFUND POLICY

Thank you for listing your business with The Mystic District, a directory and business association dedicated to supporting magical, witchy, and fantasy-themed businesses around the world. 

We aim to provide visibility and value for our community members, and we want you to be confident in your purchase.  Please read our refund policy carefully before purchasing a listing or related service.

 

Listing Fees & Subscriptions

All fees paid for business listings, directory subscriptions and any other digital product are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.  This includes one-time listing fees, featured listing upgrades, or recurring subscription plans.

Free Listings

We offer free directory listings to approved non-profits and registered charities that align with our values and focus.  These listings are subject to approval and may require verification of non-profit or charitable status.

Paid Listings & Premium Tiers

Fees for paid business listings (including premium tiers and featured placements) are non-refundable once your listing has been submitted and approved.

This includes:

  • One-time listing fees
  • Monthly or annual premium subscriptions
  • Featured upgrades or promotional add-ons

Refunds are not issued for dissatisfaction with visibility, traffic levels, or user engagement, as these may vary over time and depend on a range of external factors.

  • Monthly and annual premium listings renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.
  • You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime through your account dashboard or by contacting us.

Exceptions

Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

  • If a duplicate payment was made in error
  • If there was a technical issue that prevented your listing from being published
  • A listing purchase made in error and reported within 48 hours, provided the listing has not gone live
  • Your business is declined for listing based on not meeting our eligibility or content guidelines

All refund requests must be submitted in writing to support@mysticdistrict.co  within 14 days of your payment date.

Custom Services & Itinerary Planning

Custom services, including travel itinerary planning, marketing assistance, and consulting services, are considered final sale once the service has been initiated.  If you are unsatisfied with the outcome, please reach out to discuss options, we are always open to feedback and resolution.
